Shipping Policy

All orders are shipped within 72 hours Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm PST

Any order containing a lower receiver will not be shipped until we receive a copy of your FFL. Once received regular shipping policies apply.

Quarter Circle 10 uses UPS for all of our FFL related shipping needs and USPS for non-FFL items.

Order Tracking:
If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information.

Shipping Rates:
The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.

Back Orders:
Quarter Circle 10 is not currently accepting Back Orders.


Returns, Refunds and Exchanges Policy

Return Policy Information
Quarter Circle 10 offers a 30 day return, refund and exchange policy.

You must email Quarter Circle 10 to receive an RMA number prior to any return, refund, or exchange. All returns must include the original order # and date, along with the billing address, shipping address, contact phone number, contact email, and a QC10 RMA number. Returns, refunds, and exchanges may take up to thirty days, not including transit times.

Returns on items that are unused and in their original condition will be accepted, subject to a 15% restocking fee. If the product is modified or if the product is damaged, the item will be subjected to a 25% restocking fee and may be rejected. Returns must include ALL items that were shipped with the product.

Shipping charges and/or shipping costs are not subject to refunds.

Products not subject to returns include custom configured products, used products, special orders, and items sold "as is" "no returns" or "used".

ALL EXCHANGES are processed as an in store credit, and NOT subject to restocking fees (provided the above listed terms are met). Any remaining in-store credit will be issued via email and can be applied toward any future purchases through the

We recommend that you return merchandise with a carrier that offers tracking numbers and full value parcel insurance. Quarter Circle 10 is not responsible for any packages that are lost in transition. Please note, return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
